I Still Need Help
07.28.04 (7:50 am) [edit]
I understand the theory that cutting taxes for the middle class puts more money into the economy to be spent. However, economic studies have shown that the middle class are more likely to save their money than to spend a considerable amount more.
In contrast, the Republian plan cuts taxes for all classes. Sure the wealthy get the largest cut, which is a nature effect, since they pay the most taxes. This allows for both the effect of corporate and private spending to increase and create jobs.
So again I ask, how can the Democratic tax plan create more jobs than the Republican plan?

Can Someone Help Me

I can't understand the John Kerry's economic plan. He claims he is going to create some number of jobs. The number doesn't really matter. Its just more than the Bush plan can create.
Now what part of his plan is going to create jobs? Lowering taxes on the middle class or raising them on the wealthy? I don't have anything against lowering taxes on the middle class since I'm a member of it. But I don't see how thats gonna get me a job. Can someone explain this to me, please?!?!?
